Breakfast:
A full gourmet breakfast is served seven days a week.  We are more than happy to accommodate those who have special dietary needs.  Please indicate your requirements during the reservation process.

 
Early Birds:
Each morning at 07:00 a selection of coffee, tea, and ice water will be available on the second floor landing buffet.

 
Policies:
To assure that our guests have the best possible experience, we request that you honor the following "Policies": 

  • No pets.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Please adhere and respect all "Private" signs on rooms and sections of the Mansion. 
  • Designated smoking area located left side of the Mansion.  If inclement weather, please consult your hosts.
  • Check-in between 3:00 and 7:00 pm or by prior arrangement.
  • Check-out by 12:00 pm or by prior arrangement.  
  • Room rates quoted are based on double occupancy & exclude all applicable taxes.
  • Packages or special arrangements:  The High Street Inn, its owners and/or staff can not be held responsible for any offsite activities or events that you may participate in that were pre-arranged on your behalf. 
  • Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks and cash.  Full payment at confirmed reservation is required. 
  • A fee of $10 will be charged for each rollaway bed or crib provided to children aged 12 years and younger.  An age appropriate breakfast will be provided for children to age 6 at no charge.
  • Children ages 7-12 will be charged $5 for each breakfast.  
  • There will be a charge of $20 for persons 13 years and older for each rollaway provided.  This fee will include a full breakfast.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel, please do so "FIVE" days prior to the arrival date for a full refund.  A gift certificate will be issued for cancellations less than five days.
